Coffee Tea Cacao Russian Expo 2025: new growth opportunities.
The largest international exhibition and conference in the coffee, tea, cocoa and chocolate industry — Coffee Tea Cacao Russian Expo (CTCRE) 2025 — will be held from April 16 to 18, 2025 in Moscow at the new, modern venue of the Timiryazev Exhibition Center. Next season, the exhibition is expanding and moving to a convenient modern space that will open up new opportunities for exhibitors and the professional community.
CTCRE is a meeting place for HoReCa professionals, manufacturers, suppliers and importers from different countries. More than 250 exhibiting companies will present their new products, and over 15,000 specialists will visit the exhibition.
CTCRE 2025 program zones:
Business Stage — a platform for analytical sessions and round tables on economics, promotion, innovation and business management.
Drinks Stage — an interactive platform dedicated to recipes and practices for making drinks.
Practicum Stage — an interactive platform dedicated to recipes and technologies for working with baked goods, desserts and chocolate.
Coffee Bar, Tea Bar, Choco Bar and Cocktail Bar — contact bars where you can taste signature drinks and new products from companies.
Roasters House — a cupping zone where you can taste coffee from roasters and green bean traders.
The event will include championships, based on the results of which the best baristas, roasters and tea masters of Russia will be named:
National Award "Roaster of the Year" — a competitive selection among local roasters. The award is awarded in 2 nominations: "Best Coffee Roaster" and "Best Company in the Free Roasting Coffee Category".
The National Barista of the Year Award is a competition among baristas, where they can demonstrate their skills and mastery in preparing classic drinks: espresso, milk drink and coffee brewed by one of the manual methods.
Aeropress Battle Championship is a championship in preparing filter coffee using the Aeropress coffee maker.
Insane Latte Art Battle Championship is an independent championship in creating drawings on the surface of coffee using foamed milk.
Matcha Latte Battle Championship is a championship in preparing matcha with milk, where participants demonstrate their mastery of creating drinks based on matcha.
Chocolate Battle Championship is a championship where participants demonstrate their mastery of preparing cocoa-based drinks.
National Tea Masters Cup Russia Championship is a tea championship in two categories: "Tea Tasting" and "Tea Making".
Traditionally, the exhibition will host the awards ceremony for the winners of the Packaging Award, Chocolate of the Year, Project of the Year awards and the laureates of the honorary title Person of the Year in the coffee and tea industries.
