Working hours

The exhibition is open to visitors daily from 10:00 to 18:00, the last day until 17:00.

Ticket price

The cost of an entrance ticket when registering on the website until February 29, 2024 will be 500 rubles, the ticket is valid for all three days.

The cost of an entrance ticket when registering on the website from March 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024 will be 1000 rubles, the ticket is valid for all three days.

The cost of an entrance ticket when registering on the website from April 1, 2024 will be 1,500 rubles, the ticket is valid for all three days.

During the days of the exhibition, tickets can be purchased on site. The ticket price  will be 1500 rubles, the ticket is valid for all three days. Ticket office hours are April 17 and 18 from 10:00 to 18:00, April 19 from 10:00 to 15:00 (Moscow time).

The cost of the purchased ticket is non-refundable after the opening of the exhibition, from 10:00 am on April 16, 2024.

Are there discounts on tickets

Ticket discounts are not included.

Do I need to print the ticket

For validation, the ticket must be printed (in black and white or color) in portrait mode (vertically) on clean, blank A4 paper without changing the print size. You can also present your ticket on a smartphone or tablet. Duplicate tickets are prohibited.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person

The ticket is a registered ticket, a pass ticket, or, like a badge, is prohibited.

Can I resell my exhibition ticket

In accordance with Article 14.4.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the illegal sale of tickets attracts the imposition of an administrative fine:

- for citizens - in the amount of 1.5 to 2 times the price, payment on the ticket;

- for intended persons - from 2 to 3 times the price, shown on the ticket;

- for entrepreneurs - from 3 to 5 times the price, payment on the ticket;

The punishment will not affect citizens who have received penalties and sell as useless at a price not exceeding the rating.

At the same time, “tickets that give access” cover a broad horizon, a document, message or code, regardless of form and medium, certifying that the buyer has received from the manufacturer, organizer or owner the right to attend the event.

Can I get a refund for the ticket

You can return money for a ticket 24 hours before the event by writing to info@coffeetearusexpo.ru, indicating your full name, offer, number of tickets purchased.

Who will be interested in visiting the exhibition

The exhibition will be of interest to all professionals working in the coffee, tea, cocoa and chocolate industry, as well as those who work in the catering segment.

I'm not sure if I can visit the exhibition

The expo could be visited by any interested person even if you you are not a professional.

When will the exhibition program appear

The program of the exhibition will take place at least a month before the organization of the event on the exhibition website.

Is there an additional fee to join the program

Participation in the program is free. The Organizer could include in the program some paid events, they will have an approriate notification

On the site there are left-luggage offices for both small-sized items and suitcases that can be left in the cloakroom.

Entry by private transport or taxi

Entry is only possible through Entrance 2.
Copy the address of Entrance 2 (2nd st. Mashinostroeniya, 23) to the clipboard and paste it into the taxi call application.
At the checkpoint, you must say that you happened on the Main, after 300 meters you are there.
It is no coincidence that the driver exited through Entrance 1.

Where to park the car

There is a city parking near every entrance in the area, you have to leave your car there. At the checkpoint, you must say that you happened on the Main, after 300 meters you are there. You can park your car on the territory, places are limited, the cost of parking for the day of the event is 1000 rubles / day

Can I leave a car in the on-site parking at night

You cannot leave the car overnight, it will be evacuated.

Is it possible to come by car sharing

Unfortunately, it is impossible to drive on carsharing.

Is it possible to walk with animals

For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
