The National award "Barista of the Year" - a competition among professionals of coffee business – the barista which can show the skills and skill in preparation of classical drinks: espresso, the milk drink and coffee made by one of manual ways.

Judges estimate a performance of each participant. The participant who gained the maximum score will become the winner of a competition.
